The Land’s End is 400tc and are very oversized and the fitted sheet tends to bunch a bit which I dislike. They both feel very similar, but TCS sheets are a tad bit smoother at 450tc.
Please stop speaking about thread count as that is the most useless metric in the history of the world as there is no thread size standard. Are the threads the size of jump ropes or 20 microns? No one knows, so comparing 400 to 450 when you don't know the thread size is an ignorant play.
You are reading rude into it and that I can't help. Its the way I type and that likely wont change. None of what I said is wrong and I wish we had a sidebar to discuss this topic as it comes up on 90% of sheet discussions. If you or others find offense, apologies.
You are conclusion shopping when you should be asking an open ended question. Sateen is NOT the BIFL weave, so by asking this even generally, you have missed the mark of this subreddit. You should be asking about Percale.
