I've had great luck with Sivio weighted blankets, but they may only have it for kids'. A good rule of thumb is around 10% body weight.

You're welcome. I should add: I've had 3 of these blankets with a toddler absolutely abusing the blankets. I've owned them since 2020 and there are no signs of wear and tear.

Hush blankets make some very nice weighted blankets. Made in Canada, not silk sheets but their "ice" sheet Is a almost silky bamboo. Keeps you really cool too and naturally antibacterial. The real bonus on the hush is the sheet actually ties but also zips onto the blankets so the sheet doesn't get messed up.
