Philips products have been amazing long term for me. My Philips sonicare toothbrush has been used 3x daily for the past 15 years. Still takes a full charge in the lithium battery too. Phenomenal equipment.

I've still got a Phillips brand stereo unit that I got as a gift when I was a kid in 1999. I've used it to power my 15" PA speakers when I used to DJ. Still works like brand new.

I had a sonicare and it broke past the warranty period…called them and they replaced it and shipped it for free. Told me to trash the broken one. Great customer service.
