I’ve tried many chai lattes around and think that Yafa Bakery & Cafe (https://maps.app.goo.gl/zAJ2TQJeeNzAUdFc9?g_st=ic) on Somerville Ave has the best, most flavorful chai — most similar to what you’d get in India! (And they have lots of Middle Eastern treats to accompany your chai).

there are definitely better out there, but Revival's is pretty yummy.

Elmendorf in East Cambridge is my favorite local place for Chai

Yafa would be my pick too! Very kind people running the bakery and the chai is perfect. Very similar to Indian chai with cardamom

Sofra has a great chai! And they also sell a concentrate of it, so you can make it at home

if you want to try making your own, curio on mass ave has great chai blends. i love the uncommon chai, nice and spicy

I'm a regular at Petsi Pies for the iced chais, second place is Forge(but thats more Somerville).

Also the owner just seems like a beam of joy every time I walk in. Even if his chai and food was crap (which they aren't) I'd still probably go once a month just for the good energy.

Just be cautious of going on the weekends when they are slammed.

To you and all the Yafa recommenders... wow that chai slaps! Very strong spice flavor (cardamom and another I couldn't quite place) with a good amount of tea. It was absolutely delicious on a cold afternoon.

I checked 'em out today. I didn't see chai on the menu right away, I ask if they have it, he goes "you can try our chai!" and promptly pours a sample. It was top notch, so I got a big one. Yafa seems like a great addition to Camberville I will be back!
