I have a couple of lotto tix where I think I won a few dollars by getting the powerball #. I already signed the back (in case I won big, which I didn't), but do I need to fill in my name/address on the back when I bring to local lottery retailer (gas station) to claim the few dollars?

Many years ago, a family member used to win a lot of extra shit from the lottery by filling out the back of lottery cards. I don’t know if it’s still the same way, but she used to get stereo systems and TVs and all kinds of stuff.
