The state cop Brian North, who got arrested for shooting the guy after the car chase. NOT WARRANTED..

These guys, on the other hand, totally deserve to be charged. The accident part with the van is one thing, that wasn't on purpose. But how they treated him after... that deserve it.

I'm all for law and order, but when I see shit like that, no way.

Not to get into a pissing match .. the north situation he reacted when no other cop around that car did .. also they had him pinned and he was going no where til this day it blows my mind how they all got out and just ran to that car.. legit that video of north should be shown in all training classes of slow down and look at the scene .
