Right? I’m so confused. The forecast doesn’t look that bad. A low of 14? A couple years ago the low was -15 at this time. Am I missing something?

It's going to be icy, windy and have lots of holiday traffic. It's not a major storm or anything but the rain is going to freeze quick and catch people off guard, and the wind can cause power outages. I just lost power for a few minutes in fact.
