That's definitely not it. The buildings look too dissimilar and it looks like the Griswold Inn is directly on the street, not set far back like that.

No kidding. But the griswold inn is where the exteriors were shot for the collinsport inn

You're correct on that, but this image was used for Windcliff Sanitarium on Dark Shadows.
