I want to restore water flow to two outdoor faucets that currently do not flow water. One is directly off the wall of the home and the other is about 20 yards into the back yard. This is an older home that was recently renovated.
I tried to follow the piping best I could but it didn’t get me far. I was wondering what I should do next before tearing any walls to trace back where the line was cut.
Would the city have any diagrams I can request a copy of?

The only person who might know is the plumber who worked on the renovation or the builder who ought to have a set of plans. I am guessing though that there are shutoffs hidden away behind an access panel.
