How can I repair bathroom door?

Command strip tab ripped off so I had tried to get under it to lift off and it ripped off the entire top layer of the particle board it seems. How would I repair this? Most articles I’ve found refer to a solvent to remove command strip or wood filler for cracks which would not help here. Picture in comments

Maybe it's just the pic, but looks like you only ripped off paint. Use fine sandpaper to soften the edge and then paint over it?

You could fill it with some wood putty and try to blend the texture and paint it… or go the easy rout and buy a metal hook and screw it in over the marred section.

That's the way I see it too. Just the lightest, finest bit of sanding to remove any loose paint and feather the edge, then paint! This looks like one of those Masonite doors with embossed wood grain, so minimal sanding to preserve the "grain".

Fill and paint it, then put another hook or mirror or similar over the area. If big enough, you might not even need to bother filling it

It ripped off the top layer of mdf where the brown is. You can barely see the embossed wood grain there now so if I sand it, I’ll need to be able to replicate the pattern after painting I think. I read that you can make a silicone mold but is there an easier way to do that?

400, maybe go down to 320 if you need more cutting action. I'd probably start with green Scotchbrite like they use for scrubbing pots and pans. You're just trying to knock off loose material and little fibers that are sticking up, along with just rounding over the edge of the existing paint towards the exposed door surface so that the new liquid paint can flow up the "shoreline" of the existing paint. The whole sanding process should take 30 seconds, maybe less. What you don't want to do is sand away the embossed grain pattern in the "as manufactured" door surface. If you do, the atypical smoothness in that spot will show through the new paint and be noticeable. But most importantly, relax! It's just a door! Learn from, and be proud of, each repair you do!

Make a square directly above with masking tape about 10mm bigger than the hole. Rub a small amount of oil or furniture polish inside the square then cover with silicone caulk.

Once it's dry mark an arrow pointing up and peel the silicone off; That's your mould.

One you've got rid of the flakes fill the hole with wood putty and scrape off flat. Place your silicone mould on the putty lining up best you can so the vertical graining lines up then press the mould onto the putty to form the graining. Remove the mould and feather the edges with a light wet brush.

Once it's all done undercoat then light wire wool then paint the whole door.
