Excuse my ignorance but is that near or where they filmed the Goonies?

I believe Goonies was shot on the Northern Oregon coast. Astoria and Cannon Beach are listed online as shooting locations. This photo was taken at Samuel H Boardman scenic corridor on the south coast, close to the California border.
In my experience, Oregon's coast gets wilder as you go south.
