Is there a trail going to the top of the falls? I tried scrambling up, got to the top of the bottom falls. Couldn't make it further due to overgrowth. Wondering if I missed an earlier detour trail that takes you up there

In 2019 there was a pretty good trail, at least up to the top. We lost the trail up there, and just as well -- or we'd have been really climbing steep terrain!
After the fire of 2020, some of the trails might have gotten obscured.
That water is so clean and cold... The whole area is so quiet... Can't wait to get back out there.

Interesting. There was something resembling a trail that was immediately blocked by fallen trees, and was overgrown past that. Hopefully they can restore it because it was def too slick and steep to be safe for a casual like myself.
Loved the whole area and that crystal clear creek. Definitely one of my fav hikes in the year since moving to the area.
A buddy of mine likes disperse camping along the wider creek area near the main trailhead. I gotta do that soon

Not to be confused with Fall Creek Falls TN

Yeah, I'm gonna guess that it's not the most unique name for a waterfall on a creek lol

This place is wonderful. So remote. You can hike up to the top of the falls for another outstanding view. And the Methow Valley in which it's located is heaven; a hilly, golden valley at the foot of the Cascade range.
