Holy crap I used to camp there every summer when I was a kid! I think around that exact area because the instant I saw it I recognized it! Many good summer memories there

The whole area gets so many visitors, it’s understandable but also troublesome. I remember wanting to check out sliderock which is nearby and it was crazy how crowded it was for miles and miles. Beautiful area, the appeal is so obvious.

Yep, 89 just north of Sedona. I'd personally like to argue that US-89 is on of the most beautiful roads to travel on from Arizona through Utah and Wyoming it's breathtaking almost the entire time
