Amazing shot, the sun just peeking out is a great touch. Just curious, beyond what you listed, was there any effects used to get the water to look almost like threads?

A lot more than half. Over 700,000 km² of BC's 944,000 km² is mountainous, more area covered by mountains than the total area of Texas. The northeastern corner of the province is the only large area that's fairly flat. The lower mainland, where 2.8 million of BC's 5 million people live, is only 36,000 km².

Gorgeous! I once knew a guy with a cabin out there in Bella Coola. Always wanted to get up that way, amazing place to explore and shoot no doubt!

The color palette makes me think there's an orc pack nearby trying to hunt down a certain Dwarvish Prince and Co. Out of this world.

That area is also home to the sea wolves, a really fascinating grouping of wolves that hunt and interact with both the land and the ocean. They're only found in a small area on the coast and can swim from island to island, miles at a time.

What’s crazy is that I could’ve sworn that this was an AI generated image from Midjourney. They’re getting too real now

The hill truly is one of the wildest sections of "highway" I've seen in Canada. Back when I worked out in bella coola I was told it was blasted by only two guys. If you've been on that road it's hard to imagine how that was even constructed
