I work in commercial AV and although this is extremely expensive. Once they work out the kinks I see this being implemented in a lot of businesses in a myriad of different ways, a university bio lab for instance but installed as a table instead of free standing.

My dad was born in the 70s and I recently introduced him to 3d pri ting. His exact words were, this is like magic to me. As much as I love 3d printing tech I can't wait for it to be so much faster and can only imagine my kids laughing at current printers and considering them the same way we currently look at something like an atari.

Yea resin printers are incredible now.. filament printers dont have the same magic in my eyes as resin does. He probably grew up on star trek like I did and its the closest thing to a replicator we have currently. In 20 years..... who knows.
Personally I can't wait to see how VR is in 10 years. I used the startrek holodeck as my vr homespace.... i know, im a nerd. Lol

He did, and that is exactly the comparison he made.
I'm most excited for AR. To me, VR is going to land itself in the gaming world mostly exclusively. Or more fun things. Whereas AR is going to be amazing for productivity, both personal and business.
