Right!? I see some of these posters sometimes, and they're so out of touch with the reality of most people in America. A friend of my just had to go to a mandatory meeting where the CEO of the company started emphasizing the importance of self care, encouraging them to take spaw days or go to the chiro while paying them shit and sending emails with shit like "Although overtime is optional, hear at xyz we highly encourage it."
