I agree with this statement, I think that our reactions are a reflection of what we may be projecting on the inside. Well said.

A younger me from about 2 yrs ago would be like "mmhmm 🙄🙄", but the current me totally agrees. Once I started tweaking my reactions and first thoughts to things, I started seeing huge positive changes in my life and within me. Its not easy at first, but you have to keep doing it until that habit is formed where you're in control and are aware of your reactions and thoughts enough that they're not jumping to "OMG WTF WHY THIS WHY NOW WHY ME WTF AM GONNA DO WHY IS THIS ALWAYS ME OMG I'M GONNA DIE CANT DO THIS SHT" etc or you know what I mean happens as the obvious in 99% of the cases. You do that and see for yourself!
