COMMISIONER HOVLAND: Our elections are meant to be transparent and states have rules to allow for people to electioneer up to a certain distance from the polling place as well as observe the elections. There should be a total country wide ban on electioneering on election day. And where your can vote early, within 400 yards of the voting booth
