great question haha! usually I usued to wear a few pairs of boxers and/or 2 pairs of shorts so the leakage isnt visible, and ofcourse do laundry frequently as a result lol, but as of recent I got a suggestion to wear pads or something of a similiar nature and I'm going to try it out!
