Sudden-Ad-8377 t1_jdqj3u9 wrote on March 26, 2023 at 12:13 PM I’ve recorded many IVA, and I’d strongly suggest just saying Customer Service. IVA’s are trained to listen for key words. If the key word is not “programmed” then you’ll just be disconnected. Permalink 1
