I am 31F and in the past 3 years have gained about 50lbs. I used to workout 6 days a week and eat very healthy and I just couldn't sustain that intense lifestyle anymore and totally fell off the workout train. I gained a lot of weight and I eat whatever whenever. I'm mentally ready to transition into working out a few days a week and I want to feel better about myself. But what I am struggling with is the motivation, i just feel so tired and will pull out any excuse not to work out. How have any of you pulled yourself out of the rut? I need some tips!
