If Waste Management does not turn up for their weekly garbage pickup, then call them and ask for credit. They do not give auto credit for failed pickups.

We called on 4 different days, and each time the said they would send another pickup the next day... which never came. When it went all the way to the next pickup date, we called for a credit and got it... $4. What a waste of time and energy.
