Just FYI in the US you can drop any government issued ID in a postal box and they'll be delivered to you. Passport, drivers license, etc.

Its just that for reasons, I dont want to lose my passport because it becomes a major headache for me if it gets lost. Like I even want to include a no-questions-asked rewards only because at times I heard of people having their passport lost and never returned.
I am also thinking about an airtag.
Right now what I got is this:
- Instructions in English
- My contact information + business card
- My company's contact information
- 200-300 USD reward offer

Then I'd just make sure you don't lose it? A passport is not a difficult thing to make sure you don't lose.
It sounds like you do a lot of international travel, for reasons, and I'd expect someone who does would have particular behavior patterns, like where you put your passport when you get in a hotel, or where you put it after airport security, etc. Just make habits and you won't lose it unless it's stolen. And if it's stolen, you aren't getting it back.
FWIW do not include any personal information that isn't already in the document. I can easily access your bank account with your passport and phone number.

Duly noted, I think I'll go with listing a dedicated contact email address and a set of instructions. Lose everything else.
Btw thanks for having this conversation with me.

If you want to be careful, I think work number is best, or any contact method that isn't attached to a bank account. Maybe set up a separate email specifically for this? Email is harder to use for fraud than phone number, but there are definitely ways.
Either way you're not likely to experience issues if you include personal email/phone number, but it's an easy way to protect yourself further.
