Duly noted, I think I'll go with listing a dedicated contact email address and a set of instructions. Lose everything else.

If you want to be careful, I think work number is best, or any contact method that isn't attached to a bank account. Maybe set up a separate email specifically for this? Email is harder to use for fraud than phone number, but there are definitely ways.
Either way you're not likely to experience issues if you include personal email/phone number, but it's an easy way to protect yourself further.
