Yup.. I had my co-worker who was overworked, and overstressed by the workload. He vented about it to who he thought was his friend. The so called friend gossiped about it with the manager so he can get on the managers good grace. And now my co-worker is in an even shittier situation.

Sadly... a lot of young people have to learn the hard way what office politics is.
