LPT Request: How do you ask your new boss if there's gonna be drug tests without sounding like you want to do drugs.

I live in a recreational legal state (CO). Technically all drugs are against company policy but nobody has ever said anything about screening. I don't partake very often but I've had to pass at a few parties because of the uncertainty so... how to find out for sure?
