Some shows are really good that I find it hard to stop watching just one or two episodes at a time. And most will end with a cliffhanger that leads into the next one’s plot, so I always end up thinking “ok just one more”.
I found it helps to watch the first few minutes of a new episode to “resolve” the previous one’s cliffhanger and hit pause when there’s a lull in the story. This makes it easier to resume at another time!
