This post reads like an advert, like your other posts about this business, which seems to be owned and operated by one man, Ashley, who does most or all of the seminars.

Thank you for the feedback. I'm greatful for the contribution you have made to my understanding and development by showing me the ad like feel the posts have. My intention is to share this free content because I've found it to be very helpful in making progress with my mental wellbeing and want other people to be aware that it's available and accessible .

This response is vague. How many seminars did you attend? How much did they cost? Were you encouraged to sign up for paid seminars after attending the free ones? Were all the seminars conducted by Ashley? What concrete things did you learn? In what ways were the seminars helpful to you? What progress did you make with your mental wellbeing?

I’m admiring your grounded questions, they are very help for me so thank you. Hopefully these answers help to clarify:

  1. The webinars I have attended are: 3 Mental Fitness; 2 Empower Your Organisation; 2 Enhancing inclusion and diversity; 1 Turning the New Normal into a more Exceptional Future. At the moment it’s mainly the Mental Fitness Sessions that are running because Ashley has made a decision to do whatever he can to improve peoples mental health.

  2. The above webinars didn’t cost anything to attend.

  3. I wasn't encouraged to sign-up for any paid webinars. You can join the free webinars as many times are you want and if you want the help you get it. The purpose of the webinars is to provide people will skills that they can apply to improve their mental fitness, build their capability and have a more solid foundation with themselves.

  4. Mostly the webinars are hosted by Ashley and some by Tom who is a member of the Momentum team.

  5. A few of the things I learned are that:

Everyone has a paradigm which is the beliefs you hold without question and is created from your life experiences. I learned that it is possible to change your paradigm to one which serves you better.

I learn how to become more aware of thinking habits that can be psychologically harmful. For example seeing situations with either right and wrong outcomes shuts down thinking, lowers self-esteem and leads to high levels of judgments to myself and other people. The webinar shows you alternative thinking habits that you can use instead.

I was stabilising my self-esteem in an unhelpful way, this looked like me believing other people were more okay than I am. During the webinar you are shown different and more helpful perspectives that you can have.

  6. The webinars were helpful because they taught me to think in a more grounded way and how to see that here are many options to choose from, instead of just 1 or 2 undesirable options I believed I had. This has taken the pressure out of my mind and it now feels like I have much more space in my mind to think. The webinars also helped me to realise just how unnecessary the relentless self-criticism I was giving myself was. This has been replaced with appreciation and kindness.

  7. For many years before attending the webinars I would wake up every morning and internally scream. I didn’t want to exist so I got high every day and if my day consisted of anything other than playing video games the internal screaming would happen many times. From attending the webinars and applying the skills I learned I’ve stopped getting high, I’ve not touched the Xbox and I am now more engage and interested in life. Instead of trying to hide from existing I am more present and less socially anxious so feel more motivated to do things. I have more people I like to spend time with and I’ve started hobbies like cycling and tennis.

Points 5, 6, and 7 are brief in comparison to what I could say so if you, or anyone who is reading this, is interested to hear more about my experience just DM me and we can have a chat.
