This sounds like a shift that designed to kill you. You’d be better off driving your car into a bridge pier.

Basically. I did it while I was pregnant and went back after the maternity leave. It was short lived, I look back and have no clue how I did it. In my exit interview I let them know their practices were like an abusive relationship, every time we said we couldn’t do it anymore they would offer us more money to stay and deal with it.
