Short story long,

I play drums. I just had a child. I had intended to convert a room in my house into a sound-proofed recording space, but the contractor I hired robbed me for 3 grand without doing a days work.

Looking for a secure space that I can access 24/7 that has monthly rates.

I hope you file a complaint with the Maine Attorney General's office on the contractor. You might look into a self storage unit for practice space.
