No it wouldn't, you're literally making that up, you have no idea what you're even talking about. You're probably not even aware of how it works now let alone how it might work in the future.

Why donāt you share your wisdom with all of us? For starters letās talk about āfor profitāand ānon profitā I lived in Colorado Springs for 3 years, the city owned all utilities except for Cable. Our winter utilities in total ( gas, water sewer and electricity) were about $200 a month, and yes it got cold in the winter at 6000 ft . compare that with maine where the Gas bill alone was $300 a month 2 years ago.

Donāt know, Perhaps the money didnāt work for them, Colorado Springs has owned their utilities for a long time.
