Ah yes, let me just take the checks notes 2-3 days to walk on my own two feet to the town three over from me for work. It's fiiiine, the big chiefaroni loves me, I totally won't get fired or anything. Won't get my pay docked. Won't get yelled at. Nothing will happen, because I'm special!
