I lived there for three years. I moved out in 2020. I had no issues with management or maintenance during my time there. If something needed repairs they were quick at showing up and fixing the problem. Management was very professional. They always notified at least 24 hours before entering my apartment. I would probably still live there if I didn't move in with my gf. Oh yeah, you need a parking permit to park in the parking lot. I'm pretty sure each apartment gets two permits.
