I've lived here since 2020 and it's overall a good place. It's quiet, clean and well maintained. The location is also really nice since it's close enough to downtown to get there by bike but also far enough outside to be quiet and peaceful. It's also right next to Stark Park which is a great place to go for a walk or hang out on warm evenings. The only thing I can complain about is that they've raised rent by quite a lot each year. In two years it went from $1450 to $1950 for a 2-bedroom and I'm expecting another jump this year.

I lived there from 2007 through 2012, and paid $975 for a 2-bed, 1-bath third-floor corner unit. Wow, it's shocking how much rent has increased there in the last 10 years.
