Will any keycap work on the Phoenix switches? Or are there only specific keycaps compatible with these switches? Sorry if this is basic, new to this.

Yes, any keycaps with MX-stem compatibility (the + shaped hole at the bottom) should work!

Most keycaps you find being sold online (even cheaper options like Aliexpress) are all compatible.
