Laughed loud on the "choose your own adventure game"... I'd add:

  • /r/EDC
  • /r/golf
  • /r/retrogaming (which I have a Miyoo Mini)
  • /r/modular/ (which unfortunately or fortunately I just lurk around

and you end-up developing a lot of creativity to have a different excuse to your wife every time you get some new thing...
