I don't think so, no. They appear to be a normal length pole when I compare them to others. I just had a quick read of Theramin Goat's review, and he mentions them being a standard length as well.
Yeah that’s what I saw as well but even when I try to very heavily overlube the stabs it never seems to get mushy at all which is interesting. As soon as I changed the switch it became very mushy.
There may be a slight difference in pole length, I suppose, but it's not classed as a long pole switch. Useful information though, if others have found similar issues.
Yeah I honestly don’t know why this is the case. It does cause a much more muted upstroke on stab keys. It also was the source of a lot of rattle and wobble on the Durock V2 (throughout the back long edge of spacebar) even after heavy stab lubing. The only solution that mostly solved this was after living and filming the switches.
