There's a movie called Amadeus which kind of paints Mozart as a crazy party boy, not exactly sure if that's what the comment is referencing but it's what it made me think of

That's it, you see Mozart drinking non-stop in Amadeus so my brain immediately thought of Mozart when alcohol is involved
