Having trouble with this one. I recently listened to the album You Won’t Get What You Want by Daughters and thought it was incredible. I found the chaotic hellscape almost relatable because I’ve been going through a lot lately. However, I just found out the front man is an abusive piece of shit. I still enjoy the album but feel almost guilty listening to it. How easy do you find it to separate the art from the artist? Do you boycott the art entirely? Do you think ethical consumption isn’t possible anyway? Discuss
