I'm having a quinceanera and looking for songs to dance to with my dad, but I can't find any good songs. Any suggestions would be helpful, but I'm not really into country music like that. Any other genre would be nice

Omg!! I was thinking about that exact song, it was the first that came to mind but I thought it was too sad hence the leaving part. And honestly, no, my dad really only listens to rap. I wanted something from a disney movie because I grew up watching it with both my parents, but I can't really think of a song that doesn't have a sad note to it

True… hopefully you’re not leaving at 15. But maybe something like that. You’ll be in my Heart from Tarzan could work. But I’m showing my age on that one.

Is there a song that has a lot of sentimental value between you two? My family and I aren’t Latino, and my daughter is only 6, but I already know we’re going to dance to Remember Me from Coco at her wedding. We used to sing it every night at bedtime and it’s a perfect representation of our relationship. Maybe a song that both of you connect to will work.
