It looks like OP posted an AMP link. These should load faster, but AMP is controversial because of concerns over privacy and the Open Web. Fully cached AMP pages (like the one OP posted), are especially problematic.

Maybe check out the canonical page instead: https://www.nj.com/entertainment/2023/03/njs-kal-penn-hosting-daily-show-riffs-on-sister-city-scam-that-duped-newark.html

Sad, very explicit example of how severe the lack of due diligence is among Newark admin. I'm confused as to how so they can lack money management, integrity, and respect while holding these positions. Our city has such potential but alas I'm ashamed.

It's everywhere haha. I've got friends from CA texting me about it.

It's fine with me tbh. That's what happens with this leadership. I've never co-signed this administration.

LoL dude gets heavily down voted for mentioning Fox news. You revolutionaries gotta lighten up a bit, life's too short, and Marxist global unification will not occur during your window.

For the record, F Fox news. But, it's not that serious.

Any city that got tricked like Newark did deserves all the jokes. I mean it's literally a 5 minute google search and someone would have found out this cult was bs. What I think happened is some Mayor staff thought it would look amazing on a press release and did it without research

Nityananda has history of legal troubles and controversies, including allegations of sexual assault, fraud, and illegal detention. It's also pretty absurd to hear about his self-proclaimed 'Hindu nation' called Kailasa, which isn't recognized by any government in the world and seems to be based on questionable principles. He flew away from India to evade the legal cases against him. Pretty disappointed that mayor office didn't notice this.

Baraka is LAZY and DUMB. Newark has improved because we have all come together and made it better. Baraka can’t take credit, he’s getting free lunch all over town.

If you’re going to hate on Fox News you have to hate on CNN. They are both equally Extreme

‘Liberal’. I support Informative Media.

Billionaires control the Media:

MSNBC was Bill Gates and Jack Welch of GE coming together. Gates has msn.com. Bezos has Washington Post, Zuckerberg has Social Media, Elon Musk got Twitter, can’t forget about Rupert Murdoch and Bloomberg,Ted Turner’s got CNN, Dolan has a whole cable company

Reddit is not looking bad right now, irrespective of Alexis Ohanian being the billionaire owner
