Apatow was a terrible stand up.
I remember any time I would see him thinking how is this guy still around.

I’ve never seen him do standup, but it makes sense he’d become more famous as a producer. I do think when listening to him in interviews that he’s far wittier than any of the rest of this bunch, but that doesn’t necessarily translate to standup.
