Before anyone comments - this is not a Photoshop! There were a long series of these ads in the 50s and 60s :)
It would potentially been harmful to a model's career to pose for something like this, at that time. Top-tier models were always advised against it.
This would have been meant to run in the "racier" magazines of the time, for example Cosmopolitan.
No idea of model or photographer - anyone?
I have sometimes dreamed that I am at the airport and can't find my passport, never anything like this though! :-O
Jane Fonda, prior to starring Barbarella, was featured on a giant billboard mounted on a New York City skyscraper's wall. She was lying on her belly on a bed, mostly naked but without really showing any finer points.
Google Jane Fonda Circle of Love.

And even in the 1940s, strip joints were popular enough around the general public that the Andrew Sisters did a memorable song about a stripper: 'strip polka'
The whole series in the 50’s and 60’s were unusual, sometimes depicted the model doing something unusual like working on a skyscraper or running a race….wearing a bra. Not sure what the reaction of the average woman from the era was, but it was a pleasant sight to the teenage boys back then…
I can STILL remember one from when I was a boy in the 1960s: the model is waiting for a commuter train. My little eyes almost popped out of my head.
These womyn did literally everything in their bras. They were fearless.
You're lucky you didn't get an eye poked out.
