Found this slide of my husband, Chas Sandford and Stevie Ray Vaughan having a great time during the Don Johnson sessions in 1986.

I love Gene Loves Jezebel.
Edit: Realize that was random. Your husband is a great songwriter, obviously, but that picture made me think of the Astons and then I realized he literally was part of House of Dolls and that is one of my favorite albums of all time so yeah...tell him thanks from me.
So crazy you said that! Lol. He literally was. You’d be amazed with how many incredible moments in music history that he was a part of. I’m actually writing a book about it. I’ll tell him you said thank you!
I just love music. My voice is interesting and not always appreciated, but I was inspired I'm sure by a lot of stuff he had a hand in! Let me know when your book is done and I'll order a copy.
Aww you made our night! Thank you 😭😊
Seriously, one of the coolest parts about the arts is that you can touch all these people and never even know it. There are probably a million people out there who your husband saved from depression or made feel less alone or just got out on the dance floor. I used to listen to Disintegration on repeat and Robert Smith has zero idea who I am, but it inspired and connected me to the world and the whole human experience, you know? I'm sure his catalogue impacted untold amounts of people in ways he doesn't know. And your book can make people dream. That's powerful. Nice meeting y'all!
That’s really awesome of you to share this insight. We appreciate you 🙏🏼
He goes: WOW🤣🤣🤣
