Eh I think misleading is a little strong. It was for sure likely but wasn’t “official” until now.

Not official -> official does not mean flipped.

One party -> Different party means flipped.

The house was flipped, and the three seats were not. I can't more unequivocally say the title is wrong, misleading, what have you.
