Quit funding the non state schools (Pitt/PSU//Temple/Lincoln) and they will have +- $600 million for the real state schools like IUP, Slippery Rock, Lock Haven etc…

I'm not sure I agree with that. I think students here should have in state tuition to some of the more competitive schools in the state. And one of the two HBCUs.

I would have entirely left the state if PA did not fund any R1 Universities. West Chester is the only PASSHE school that's not a total joke.
