Being that this is a very important election, maybe the most important race in the Senate, I would recommend voting in person if at all possible.

Am I allowed to even though I requested a mail in ballot? As long as I don’t send in the mail in ballot it should be fine.

Hopefully yours comes soon and you can get it completed, but from what I've read you can walk in and they will let you use a provisional ballot. Anyhow you do have that as a backup if needed.

If you have your mail-in ballot but want to vote in person, you can turn in your ballot/return envelope at the polling station. Then you can vote with a normal ballot rather than provisional.
