Not sure if it’ll help but the Ohio/Pennsylvania border still has cash booths. It’s $2 in/out for cars. If you paid at that toll and then continued on the Pennsylvania Turnpike, you’d still have a PA toll to pay since the rest of the turnpike is all cashless and would’ve used your plate for the toll.
