Just pick up the phone and call the agency the toll came from. I’m sure there’s a phone number on the bill you received in the mail. This post seems like an unnecessary step in attempting to solve your problem/confusion, with everyone caught up on whether or not the turnpike has manned toll booths.

Yeah I figured I might be able to get my question answered quick here since it’s the holiday. Regardless I was planning to call first thing on Monday.
