Not for kids. There’s nothing. I’ve been given list after list, by my insurance, school counselors and crisis counselors and the pediatrician. The ones who do answer recommend other places for me to call. I’ve had my child on waiting lists that never contacted me. The majority of places I left a message with never called me back. I have the school counselor telling me that I just need to keep calling but I’ve called so many numbers that I can barely keep straight which ones I spoke to. I finally got through to a therapist office this week who sounded hopeful but recommended a psych evaluation with a psychiatrist. That’s even more phone calls. I am tired. No one has room for one more kid unless I borderline harass them? It shouldn’t be like this.
